I think it's a little of both! As the commentators said, everyone in the world was hoping for the King! Hopefully the Poker Godz got them later on in the tournament!
After thinking about it now, I'm wondering if these 2 had a run-in before & there was some bad blood between them.
If not, then this was a pure bush-league move!
