The current chip leader heading into Day 3 of the World Series of Poker Europe Main Event, Constant Rijkberg has a funny history...
A few years ago, he sold more than 100% of himself in pieces to backers for the San Remo EPT (shady or unintentional????)
He went on to win the event for $1.5 million, but because of overbooking his backing ended up having to pay out more than the $1.5 million (coming out with a significant loss) after winning it all.
Let's hope he learned his lesson this time around.
So funny some guys sell too much actions and end up owing money it looks like... hehe so sad. I would be pissed winning it all and ending up with as little as 10% of the pool.
