Welcome Home Danny-bouy!!! But I think I would have set-up shop in Alberta...TO just ain't what it used to be & I think I'd rather see the "young guns" in Edmonton! Besides we've been saddled with the HST here...13% extra on everything!
Then we have some of the most Draconian Labour laws in Canada here now as well...gee I hadda spend 4 hours being lectured on "health & safety" in the work place (45 mins), then "Respect in the Workplace" (45 mins), we got a 15 min break here, followed by Accessible Customer Service (45mins), next was (btw did I say that I'm just a crossing guard) School Crossing Guard Training (30 mins)...lastly Q & A!!!!
Come to think of it...I want out of here!!!!!
This is for the US members, I C&P'ed this from one of my FB links (http://universityofcommonsense.org)...
They came for the Gibson guitars, but I didn't own one. They came for the raw milk, but I didn't drink it. They came for the pot, but I didn't smoke. They came for prayer, but I wasn't religious. They came for the guns, but I didn't have any. When they came for my freedom, there was no one left to help me defend it.
(re-write of the poem by Friedrich Gustav Emil Martin Niemoller, "First they came..."
