Who really runs/owns FTP?

With the ongoing delays in getting money back to US players in the wake of the Black Friday indictments, poker players are speculating on who really runs and owns Full Tilt Poker. Ray Bitar and Nelson Burtnick were listed as Full Tilt owners who were indicted, but it's been widely understood that most of the Team Full Tilt pros, including Ivey, Ferguson, Bloch and others own significant parts of the company. Up until a year or so ago Howard Lederer was listed as the President and operational leader.

Bitar (shown on right below) is believed to be CEO frontman, while Burtnick was considered the CFO, some say rogue.

Will we ever find out fully?

Since they're not a publicly traded company I don't think we will ever get the full details of who owns or what part they play in the running of FTP. But I think we will see whoever had any roll in the upper management of FTP get hit pretty hard. As well as the online and live poker world in general.
