The "Atlas Shrugged" moment has come for US online poker! The guys coming to Canada are still hoping for a change, the ones moving further do not see change coming soon.
I called this a few weeks back in another thread. Legislation has stalled with the Debt ceiling debate taking up most of the congresses time. Full Tilt...well that's for another thread, but there's no movement towards legalizing online gaming & everything the US govt (as well as other govts world wide) is to clamp-down on the industry as a whole (has the US govt dropped the ban on US govt using Las Vegas for govt conferences & retreats?).
Holder & the DoJ have made more moves against poker players & the industry as a whole than they have against anyone @ Goldman Sacks! This tells me that anything the US govt says about letting it's citizens be free to choose is just "Lip service"!
