Wow, this is very interesting, indeed! It really goes to show me that when I'm playing, I'm playing entirely too loose. I don't know if it's because I have a lack of patience or I always think my hand is better than it truly is, but I would imagine that I see the showdown at least half of the time. 50%! It's no wonder my drawdowns are so large in my poker career.
I would be very curious to know, though, how the profitability is distributed among those that play tight (rarely see the showdown) and those that play loose like me. I would imagine that the tight players are much more profitable!
